what's with these 3 versions for android explain please .is selection between character gender not available in android and you have to download what gender you want .
Not sure if it's known but in the brothel requests, It may ask for a variant with a skill that can't be leveled such as female nymph with a gloryhole (dom) skill making the request impossible to fulfill.
